Ova Yonder will soon provide coaching for your organization's leaders in equity. This support comes in a variety of ways. At the cadence determined by you, Ova Yonder's coach can meet with those who manage or lead teams to coach on how to ensure they are creating, leading, and maintaining inclusive work spaces for those who report to them.
