Intensive Workshops

Mindset and knowledge are keys to creating a diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible organization. At times, you'll find that staff members and children don't have the right mindset to understand the impact of having an inclusive space. Other times, we've learned that some may have the mindset but are missing the knowledge to actually execute creating and maintaining an inclusive space.

 

Ova Yonder is able to design workshops to address mindset and gaps in knowledge. These can be done in half day or full day segments.

We operate from the understanding that none of this is changed over night and everyone is in a different space. Our goals would be to take into consideration where your organization is as it relates to creating an inclusive place and from there designed workshops that are the most productive for your needs.

We see adults AND children as the main stakeholders in creating inclusive spaces. As such, Ova Yonder offers workshops to children from the age of 5 to 18.
